Designed by Capability Brown, the magnificent grounds comprise of formal gardens, woodland trails, all-weather and Victorian lawn tennis courts plus an 18-hole golf course.

Location - The River Lea snakes through the grounds to create 2 lakes, whilst mature trees grace the parkland including several 300-year-old sweet chestnut trees. Despite this beautiful rural setting, Luton Hoo is just 10 minutes' drive from Luton Airport and 40 minutes from Heathrow. Road and rail links are also excellent – it’s 4.8 km (3 miles) from junction 10 of the M1 and 5 minutes from Luton Parkway station, where a frequent 30-minute service takes you into London.

Facilities - The Spa at Luton Hoo offers peace and tranquillity in luxurious surroundings, with six treatment rooms, hydrotherapy and infinity pools as well as fitness studio and The 19th and Adam's bars are on hand for further refreshment. Wernher Restaurant is the place for exquisite fine dining. This former state dining room features award winning cuisine, with rich furnishings and tapestries setting the mood. For less formal dining the Adam's Brasserie is a short walk form the mansion house; its walls lined with stills from films which have been shot on location at Luton Hoo.

Rooms - All bedrooms, divided over several wings and buildings, are beautifully furnished with individual charm and character. A further 84 bedrooms will be available in 2009 with the opening of the exclusive use venue, Warren Weir, at the foot of the estate on the banks of the river Lea.
